- Condenser coil loaded during weekend wine event surges. A tasting room or restaurant running back to back wine club events on weekends loads the Follett condenser hard in short bursts, and the fins clog with dust and kitchen grease faster than the steady midweek pace would suggest. Head pressure and amp draw climb until the run capacitor fails. We clean the coil and check the fix with an amp draw test.
- Auger bearing wear from weekend-heavy, weekday-light cycling. The same weekend surge and weekday lull that stresses the condenser also wears the Chewblet auger bearing unevenly, and once it wears, water bypasses into the chute instead of freezing clean. We replace the bearing and seal as a pair.
- Symphony Plus dispenser faults in tasting room lobbies. Tasting room lobby dispensers get heavy guest traffic during events and almost none between them, and that uneven use is a common source of sticky valves and sensor faults. We test both components together and fix the actual worn part rather than swapping the board by default.

Do you offer any warranty on parts you install?
