- How quickly can you come out?
- Most calls inside the Tri-Valley get a same-day or next-day slot. East Bay is typically next-day. A machine down during service goes to the front of the line and we work the dispatch from there.
- Do you handle after-hours emergencies?
- Yes. A restaurant or store with a unit losing temp mid-service is exactly what the line is for. Call (925) 999-4095 and we prioritize it based on the issue.
- What payment methods do you take?
- Card, check, ACH, and HouseCall Pro online checkout. The invoice goes out after the job is closed. No cash-only catch.
- Which brands do you service?
- 18 brands, including Manitowoc, Hoshizaki, Scotsman, True, Traulsen, Turbo Air, Beverage-Air, Continental, Atosa, Perlick, Delfield, Victory, Sub-Zero, U-Line, Summit, and Kelvinator.
