Scale and water quality issues. Saratoga's water is hard enough that scale on the evaporator plate is the most common reason a Manitowoc head slows down or quits. A real descale and filter program beats a new head every time.
Harvest cycle and control board faults. A machine stuck mid-harvest or throwing an error code usually points to the control board or a sensor, and we diagnose against the Indigo NXT and NEO fault codes directly.
Water valve and pump failures. A bin that won't fill or a machine cycling short on water almost always comes down to a valve or the recirculating pump.
