- Scale-related harvest failures. Peninsula water is moderate, but scale still builds on the evaporator plate over time and drags the harvest cycle out until the bin runs dry. We descale and check the water filtration.
- Water valve and float switch issues. A failed water inlet valve or float switch either starves the machine of water or overfills it. We replace the part and confirm the fill cycle is correct.
- Control board and thermistor faults. When a Manitowoc head throws an error code or won't cycle at all, it's usually the control board or a thermistor. We diagnose to the part, not a guess.
