- Foothill College cafeteria harvest faults. The cafeteria equipment at Foothill College runs through a full semester of student meal traffic, and the water curtain or the harvest valve on the Indigo NXT wears out from the duty cycle before anything else on the machine fails. I check the curtain and valve coil against spec before I replace one, since a machine that's just slow isn't always a machine that's actually failing.
- Estate pool house install airflow. A NEO or QuietQube set into a pool house or an outdoor kitchen island in Los Altos Hills sometimes doesn't get real clearance around the condenser, and it runs hot and short-cycles as a result. I check the install and clean the coil before assuming the compressor is the problem.
