Scale and slow harvest from moderate volume. Piedmont's moderately hard water scales the evaporator over a school year of steady use. We descale the water circuit, swap the inlet filter, and tell you straight whether it's a deep clean or a failed water valve or harvest probe.
Stalled harvest cycles. A stalled harvest is the most common Manitowoc call anywhere, and Piedmont's small kitchens are no exception. Usually it's the curtain switch not tripping the valve, or a frosted harvest sensor. We carry the valve coil and curtain switch on the truck.
QuietQube remote condenser faults. On the larger civic buildings, a QuietQube remote condenser setup gives out at the rooftop head-pressure regulator. We pressure-test it, replace the regulator when it's out of range, and confirm head pressure holds.
