What we close on the truck.

NEO undercounter no-harvest. The NEO undercounter is a workhorse behind hotel bars, and the most common call is ice freezing to the evaporator and never releasing. Usually the water curtain isn't tripping the harvest valve, or the harvest sensor's frosted over. We keep the harvest valve coil and curtain switch on the truck, so most of these involve parts we usually stock.
Indigo NXT high-volume scale buildup. A hotel-volume Indigo NXT machine feeding room service ice sees more mineral buildup from sheer cycling than a low-volume bar unit does. We descale the evaporator, check the water filter, and set a service interval that matches the actual volume the machine's running, not just the manual's default.
Condenser-clean high-pressure trips. Both the Indigo NXT and the NEO throw a condenser-clean reminder that gets waved off until the machine trips on a high-pressure fault and quits mid-shift. We clean the coil, swap the air filter, run a service cycle, and leave a maintenance schedule taped inside the panel.
