Contra Costa Water District supply is hard, and we see it constantly on Manitowoc heads in the bars and taquerias: scale on the evaporator, slow harvest, cloudy cubes. We descale, replace the water filter, and rebuild the float and water valve when scale has fouled them past cleaning.
- No-drop harvest faults. When the Indigo NXT won't release ice, it's usually the curtain switch not tripping the harvest valve or a frosted harvest probe. We carry the harvest valve coil, curtain switch, and harvest probe, so most no-ice calls in Concord finish the first trip.
- Condenser-clean high-pressure shutdowns. The condenser-clean reminder on the Indigo NXT and NEO gets ignored on a busy line until the machine trips on a high-pressure fault. We clean the coil, swap the air filter, run a service cycle, and tape a maintenance schedule inside the panel.
