- High-output scale and slow harvest. The banquet kitchens and groceries push Manitowoc heads hard, and Fremont's moderately hard water scales the evaporator fast, slowing harvest and dropping output. We descale, swap the filter, and replace fouled water pumps and float switches off the truck.
- Harvest-sensor no-drop faults. When the Indigo NXT won't release ice, it's commonly a frosted harvest sensor or the curtain switch not tripping the harvest valve. We carry the harvest sensor, valve coil, and curtain switch, so most no-ice calls in the Fremont Boulevard and Warm Springs kitchens finish the first visit.
- Koolaire under-warranty service. A lot of the smaller spots run Koolaire, Manitowoc's budget line, which shares about 80 percent of its parts with the Indigo line. We stock for both, and if the unit's still under warranty, the seminar training covers that paperwork too.

Yes on both. Koolaire shares most parts with the Indigo line, so we stock for it, and we handle the Manitowoc flake machines in the seafood and produce coolers alongside the cube heads. -
Is the Manitowoc certification factory training?
It is. Andrew finished the Manitowoc Ice and Koolaire Field Service Seminar through Pentair Water Solutions in February 2026. That certifies us to service the machines, not sell them.
