They're in the clubhouse kitchen and bar at the Menlo Circus Club, in the dining hall at Sacred Heart Schools, and tucked into the wine cellars and pool houses on the bigger estates that installed a real ice machine when they built rather than a countertop unit.

We're factory-trained on Indigo NXT, NEO undercounter, and QuietQube through the Manitowoc Ice and Koolaire seminar, so when a head loses capacity or won't harvest, we know the platform before we open the panel.

What we close on the truck.

Scale on the evaporator plate. A Manitowoc head that's slowed its harvest or dropped cube weight is almost always scale on the evaporator plate. It builds slower here than in the hard-water East Bay, but a machine that never gets descaled still gets there eventually. We descale, replace the water filter, and set an interval so the club or the school kitchen isn't guessing when the next service is due.
Water valve and harvest probe faults. On Indigo NXT and NEO undercounter heads, a scaled water valve or a worn harvest probe shows up as a machine that hangs mid-cycle or won't dump the ice. We carry both parts, plus the curtain switch, so most no-ice calls involve parts we usually stock whether it's the school kitchen or a pool house unit.
QuietQube remote condenser and head pressure. A QuietQube setup in a clubhouse or a large estate's mechanical room can drift on head pressure as ambient swings through the day. We pressure-test the regulator, confirm the line set, and get it holding through the range instead of nuisance-tripping during an event.
