What we close on the truck.

NEO undercounter no-harvest. The NEO is common at smaller bar setups, and the most frequent call is ice freezing onto the evaporator without releasing. Usually the water curtain isn't tripping the harvest valve, or the harvest sensor's frosted over. We carry the curtain switch and harvest coil on the truck.
Indigo NXT scale buildup. The larger Indigo units at the club run hard on event weekends, and local water is hard enough that scale builds on the evaporator plate faster than the manual's twelve-month interval assumes. We descale, check the inlet filter, and set a shorter schedule.
QuietQube remote condenser faults. QuietQube's remote condenser setup adds a refrigerant line run that can develop its own leaks or restrictions separate from the head unit. We check both ends of the line, not just the machine, before we call it a bigger repair.
