We're Manitowoc-certified, factory-trained through the February 2026 Manitowoc Ice and Koolaire Field Service Seminar on the Indigo NXT modular line, the NEO undercounter units, and QuietQube. - NEO undercounter no-harvest. The NEO is the workhorse behind Alamo's bars, and the call we get most is ice freezing onto the evaporator and never releasing. Usually it's the water curtain failing to trip the harvest valve or the harvest sensor frosted over. We keep the harvest valve coil and the curtain switch on the truck, so most of these close the same day.
- Scale on moderately hard water. Alamo's water is moderately hard, and that shows up on the evaporator plate first: sluggish harvest, lighter cubes, then a stop. We descale, check the inlet filter, and swap it on a six-month interval, not the twelve the manual quotes, because scale builds faster here.
- Condenser-clean high-pressure trips. Both the Indigo NXT and the NEO throw a condenser-clean reminder owners tend to wave off until the machine trips on a high-pressure fault and quits. We clean the coil, swap the air filter, run a service cycle, and tape a maintenance schedule inside the panel before we leave.
