NEO undercounter no-harvest on Laurel Street. The NEO behind a Laurel Street bar is the call I get most, ice bridging on the plate instead of dropping cubes through a dinner rush. Usually the water curtain isn't tripping the harvest valve, or the harvest thermistor's iced over and reading wrong. I carry the valve and the curtain switch on the truck, so most of these close before the kitchen closes for the night.
QuietQube output lagging on the east side. A commissary or small processor near the tracks calls when a QuietQube's output drops below what the production line needs, not when it's fully dead. That's usually a fouled remote condenser or a refrigerant charge that's crept low. I check the charge, clean the coil, and confirm output against the rating plate before I call it done.
Condenser-clean high-pressure trips. Both the Indigo NXT and the NEO throw a condenser-clean reminder that gets ignored until the compressor trips on high pressure mid-shift. I clean the coil, swap the air filter, and run a service cycle, then tape a real maintenance schedule inside the panel so it's not a surprise again in three months.
