What we close on the truck.

Hard-water scale at the club. Blackhawk's hard water coats the evaporator plate fast on the clubhouse and Plaza machines. Harvest cycles drag, the bin fills slow, cube weight drops. We descale the full water circuit, rebuild or replace the float and water valve off the truck, and set a six-month filter interval to keep it from coming back.
Stuck harvest on the modular heads. On the Indigo NXT the most common no-ice call is a stuck harvest cycle, ice frozen to the evaporator that won't release. Usually the water curtain isn't tripping the harvest valve or the sensor's frosted. We carry the harvest valve coil and the curtain switch, so these involve parts we usually stock.
Condenser-clean high-pressure trips. The Indigo NXT and NEO both post a condenser-clean reminder that gets waved off until a high-pressure fault shuts the machine down. We clean the coil, swap the air filter, run a service cycle, and tape the maintenance schedule inside the panel.
