Scale and hard-water buildup. Cupertino's water is hard enough to scale up an evaporator plate faster than most owners expect. We descale to spec and set up a water filter and cleaning schedule that actually fits the unit's usage.
Harvest cycle and thermistor faults. A slow harvest, a machine that won't release ice, or one that runs a full cycle and comes up empty usually traces to a thermistor or a control board fault. We test against Manitowoc's own specs, not a shortcut.
Water valve, pump and float issues. Overflowing bins, underfilled reservoirs, or a machine that won't start its fill cycle point to a stuck valve, a tired pump, or a bad float. We carry these parts on the truck for Indigo NXT and NEO units.
