- Scale and water filtration issues. Mountain View's water runs hard enough that a Scotsman head loses output fast once the filter and descale schedule slip. We get the maintenance cycle back on track so the machine holds its production.
- Control board and sensor failures. A machine that runs the compressor but won't cycle into harvest, or throws a fault code, usually comes down to the control board or a thermistor. We test against the unit's own diagnostics instead of swapping parts on a guess.
