- Sealed-system and R290 work. A Scotsman that short-cycles or never gets cold is a sealed-system call. We do compressor, leak repair, recovery, evacuation, and weigh-in in-house under EPA #1279674151528, and we're R290 hydrocarbon trained for the modern units coming through Dublin's newer build-outs.
