Cube machine short cubes or no harvest. Short or hollow cubes on a Scotsman cuber usually trace to low water flow or a hot gas valve that's not fully opening on harvest. We check the water distribution tube and test the valve, then correct whichever's causing the incomplete freeze or harvest.
Bin control not sensing full. A Scotsman machine that won't stop making ice even with a full bin usually has a bad bin thermostat or a control board that's lost the signal. We test the sensor and swap the failed part so the machine stops overflowing the bin.
