We check gasket condition and defrost timing on nearly every call out here.
- Sealed-system leaks, repaired, not just topped off. A Scotsman that short-cycles or never gets cold has a sealed-system fault behind it, usually a slow leak where corrosion has worked through a line or a joint. We find the leak, repair it, and recharge under EPA #1279674151528, rather than add refrigerant and move on.
