- Scale and slow harvest on Prodigy cubers. Scale builds on the evaporator plate and water lines over time, and a Prodigy ELITE that used to fill the bin overnight starts leaving a shallow layer by morning. We provide a written repair estimate after the on-site diagnosis and before any work starts.
- Corrosion on hinges and door seals from the marine air. The persistent fog leaves a film of moisture on anything unpainted, and over a few years the hinges, latch, and exposed fasteners on an undercounter Scotsman start to rust and bind. A door that will not seal tight lets warm air in and drives up ice loss through melt. We replace the hardware and reset the gasket so the door closes flush again.
