- Reach-in won't hold safe temp. The steady True call is a box drifting warm, usually a failed evaporator fan motor, a condenser choked with grease and dust, or an aged control. Labor starts around $250 plus the part, quoted in writing first.
- Bar and back-bar coolers quitting mid-shift. At Jack London Square and Uptown the bars run True back-bar boxes hard. A cooler that sweats or short-cycles usually traces to a stuck start component or a torn gasket, both truck-stock fixes.
- Sealed-system and leak repair. Older True units eventually open a line and lose charge. We do sealed-system work in-house with recovery, evacuation, and weigh-in under EPA #1279674151528, plus R290 hydrocarbon training for newer self-contained boxes. Full rebuilds run up to $4000 with a two-year warranty.

No. We service True as an independent shop. The only equipment we hold a factory certification on is Manitowoc ice machines. -
A down reach-in in Temescal. Same-day?
We're open 7 AM to 7 PM seven days, and a down box goes to the front of the line. After-hours emergencies reach us at the same number. -
What if a True part has to be ordered?
You get the part name and a real ETA. The truck carries the parts that fail most, so a lot of jobs finish the first visit, but when something has to come in we don't leave you guessing.
