Reach-in won't hold safe temp. The steady True call is a box drifting warm, usually a failed evaporator fan motor, a condenser choked with grease and dust, or an aged control. We provide a written repair estimate after the on-site diagnosis and before any work starts.
Bar and back-bar coolers quitting mid-shift. At Jack London Square and Uptown the bars run True back-bar boxes hard. A cooler that sweats or short-cycles usually traces to a stuck start component or a torn gasket, both truck-stock fixes.
Sealed-system and leak repair. Older True units eventually open a line and lose charge. We do sealed-system work in-house with recovery, evacuation, and weigh-in under EPA #1279674151528, plus R290 hydrocarbon training for newer self-contained boxes. We provide a written repair estimate after the on-site diagnosis and before any work starts.
