- Reach-in won't pull down. The common True call is a box that won't hold setpoint, usually a failed evaporator fan motor, a frosted coil from a stuck defrost, or an aged control. Labor starts around $250 plus the part, quoted in writing first.
- Prep tables warming in the rail. In the high-volume banquet and buffet kitchens, a True prep table that swings warm usually traces to a dirty condenser or a worn gasket. We clean the coil and swap the gasket from truck stock, most of it done the same visit.
- Sealed-system and leak repair. Older True units eventually open a line and lose charge. We do recovery, evacuation, and weigh-in in-house under EPA #1279674151528, and we're HC(A3)/R290 trained for the newer hydrocarbon boxes. Full rebuilds run up to $4000 with a two-year warranty.
