Do you replace whole units or actually repair them?
We repair. True cabinets are built to last, and it's almost always cheaper to fix one than throw it out. If a unit genuinely isn't worth chasing, we'll tell you straight rather than push a sale. -
Are you a factory-authorized True dealer?
No. We service True as an independent shop. Our only factory certification is on Manitowoc ice machines. -
Down during service near campus. Can you prioritize?
Yes. Call (925) 999-4095, say it's an outage, and we move it to the front. We're dispatched from San Ramon, 7 AM to 7 PM seven days, same number after hours.
