- Door gaskets letting humidity in. On a QSR reach-in opened constantly through a rush, a torn gasket lets warm, humid air in and ices the coil. It's one of the cheapest fixes on the truck and we keep gasket stock for the common True models.
- Sealed-system and refrigerant faults. Older True units eventually leak. We keep sealed-system work in-house: recovery, evacuation, and weigh-in under EPA 608 (#1279674151528), plus R290 hydrocarbon training for newer self-contained gear. Full rebuilds run up to $4000 with a two-year warranty.

Are you a factory-authorized True dealer?
No. We service True as an independent shop, no authorization claim. Our only factory certification is on Manitowoc ice machines. -
Can you come same-day to the outlets or Hacienda area?
Usually. We dispatch from San Ramon, cover all of Dublin, and push outages to the front. We're out 7 AM to 7 PM seven days, same number for after-hours emergencies. -
Do you carry True parts on the truck?
