- Reach-ins and prep tables losing temp. Hoshizaki reach-ins and back-bar coolers swing warm on worn door gaskets, failed fan motors, or a stuck defrost timer, and prep tables drift in the rail. We carry fan motors, relays, thermostats, defrost heaters, and gasket stock, so a good share of calls finish the first trip.
