Common repairs we do

What we close on the truck.

No harvest, ice frozen to the evaporator. The most common Hoshizaki call is ice that won't release from the evaporator plate. Usually the hot gas valve isn't opening fully or the harvest sensor's failed. We test both before replacing either.
Slow ice production. A machine still making ice but not enough of it points to a scaled evaporator, a low refrigerant charge, or a water inlet valve that's not opening fully. Local water is hard enough that scale is usually first on the list.
Water pump or float switch failure. A failed water pump or a stuck float switch will either flood the reservoir or starve the machine of water entirely. We test both and replace whichever's actually bad, not both on a guess.
