- Scale buildup and slow harvest cycles. Mineral scale on the evaporator plate slows the harvest and shrinks the cubes. A proper descale usually gets a sluggish machine back to full production.
- Water valve and inlet failures. A stuck or leaking water inlet valve either starves the machine or floods the reservoir. We replace it and check water line pressure while we're there.
- Bin thermostat and control board faults. When a machine won't stop making ice, or won't start at all, it's often the bin thermostat or the control board. We test before replacing either.
