- Reach-in gaskets and fan motors. Hoshizaki reach-ins with gaskets torn at the hinge never really seal, and evaporator fan motors seize and ice the coil. We carry fan motors, relays, thermostats, gaskets, and start components on the truck, so a good share of these get fixed on the first visit.
