- Dispenser not cooling, product running warm. A Crathco dispenser that's not cooling usually points to a sealed-system fault, low charge or a failing compressor, rather than the auger or bowl mechanism. We test the refrigeration side first.
- Auger motor or drive failure. The spinning auger that keeps the drink from freezing solid can fail mechanically even when the refrigeration side is fine. We test the motor and drive separately from the cooling system so you're not paying to fix the wrong part.
- R290 compressor faults. Many newer Crathco dispensers run R290 hydrocarbon compressors, efficient but flammable, and a compressor fault on these needs proper recovery, not just a swap. We handle that under EPA #1279674151528.
