- Auger stalls on the magnetic drive. A frozen barrel that quits churning has usually lost its magnetic coupling. We check the drive magnet, the gear motor, and the auger for seal drag loading the motor past what the magnet can hold, then replace the coupling and confirm the auger spins clean.
- Grinding agitator or pump motor. A bubbler or spray unit that grinds or whines is telling you a bearing is worn. We pull the motor, inspect the bearings and shaft, and rebuild or replace it before the drive seizes mid-shift.
- Cold plate not holding temperature. If the barrel pours warm, the refrigeration is falling behind. We clean the condenser, check the R290 charge on sealed systems, and verify the cold plate pulls the barrel down to a safe holding temperature.
