- R290 hydrocarbon system work. Recovering and recharging an Atosa R290 unit takes hydrocarbon-specific handling, not a standard refrigerant swap. We do that under EPA #1279674151528 and weigh the charge in correctly.
- Evaporator fan seizure and ice buildup. A San Jose kitchen calling about a warm prep table usually has a dead evaporator fan or a coil iced over. We clear it, run the defrost cycle, and replace the fan motor if it's shot.
- Gasket wear and temperature swings. High-volume kitchens along Tully, Senter and downtown put constant stress on door gaskets. We replace the worn seal and reset the thermostat calibration so the unit holds temperature again.
