We blow the line clear, clean the coil, drop in an inline screen, and check the rail temperature across the pans before it becomes a no-cool call.
- Reach-in fans and gaskets. The MBF reach-ins fail at the evaporator fan motor and the door gasket. A banquet kitchen leaning on the doors all service stretches the seal inside the first year and a half, warm air gets in, and the box ices over fast. We swap the gasket, clear the evaporator, and check the seal through its full swing. Two fan-motor sizes ride on the truck.
- R290 hydrocarbon undercounters. Many of the newer Atosa undercounters around Fremont run R290 propane refrigerant, and we're HC(A3)/R290 trained through Mainstream Engineering to work them safely under EPA #1279674151528. Sealed-system repairs, recovery, evacuation, and weigh-in are done in-house, and Fremont's moderately hard water means we check any undercounter ice plate for scale too.
