Atosa MGF prep tables in the Mission Boulevard taquerias lose temp in the rail because the evaporator iced over, and the condensate drain clogs with grease and cuttings until it backs up across the floor. We clear the iced coil, blow the drain line, and drop in an inline screen so the puddle doesn't come back next week.
- Reach-in fans and gaskets. The MBF reach-ins from a busy B Street kitchen die at the evaporator fan motor and the door gasket, worn from a thousand pulls a shift. Warm air sneaks past the failed seal and the box ices over. We swap the gasket, clear the evaporator, and check the seal through its full swing. Two fan-motor sizes ride on the truck.
- R290 sealed-system work. A lot of the hydrocarbon Atosa and modern undercounters common here run R290 propane refrigerant. We're HC(R290) trained and hold EPA #1279674151528, so leaks, dead compressors, and low charges get handled in-house with proper recovery, evacuation, and weigh-in. Hayward's water carries enough mineral that we check any undercounter ice plate for scale as well.
