- Reach-in fans, gaskets, and defrost. The MBF reach-ins fail at the evaporator fan motor, a worn door gasket, or a stuck defrost timer that ices the coil solid. We swap the gasket, replace the fan motor or defrost part from truck stock, clear the evaporator, and check the seal through its full swing.
- R290 sealed-system work. A lot of the newer Atosa undercounter gear here runs R290 propane refrigerant, and we're trained on hydrocarbon units for it under EPA #1279674151528. Leak repair, recovery, evacuation, and weigh-in are done in-house, not subbed out. Contra Costa County water runs moderately hard, so we check any Atosa undercounter ice plate for scale too.
