Prep table rail temperature creep. The refrigerated rail on an Atosa sandwich or salad prep table drifts first, since it's the farthest point from the compressor. Usually it's a weak door gasket letting warm air in or a coil iced over from a bad defrost timer. We fix the actual cause, not just the symptom.
