R290 sealed system leaks on MBF reach-ins. Many Atosa MBF reach-ins, like the MBF8507GR, run on R290 propane with a small factory charge near 60 grams. A pinhole leak at a brazed joint drops the charge fast and the box drifts warm. We leak-check, repair the joint, pull a vacuum, and recharge by weight. R290 is flammable, so we handle it under EPA 608 rules instead of eyeballing the charge.
Clogged condenser coils on MSF prep tables. The Atosa MSF sandwich and salad prep tables on Broadway pull grease-laden air, and the condenser coil packs solid. The compressor runs hot and the rail climbs past safe holding temperature. We pull and clean the coil, check the condenser fan motor, and confirm the box recovers before we leave.
Failed electronic controllers and evaporator fans. Atosa units use an electronic controller for temperature and defrost. When the controller or the small evaporator fan motor quits, you get frost on the coil, a frozen drain, and water on the floor. We test the controller, the fan motor, and the defrost cycle, then replace the failed part.
