We swap the gasket, clear the evaporator, and check the seal through its full swing.
- Prep-table drains and rails. The MGF prep tables in the waterfront cafes clog at the condensate drain, and the rail swings warm once the coil ices. We blow the line clear, clean the coil, and drop in an inline screen so a puddle under the unit doesn't become a slip hazard in a small kitchen.
- R290 sealed-system work. Several of the newer Atosa undercounters in Foster City's cafes and clubhouses run R290 propane refrigerant. We're HC(A3) trained through Mainstream Engineering and hold EPA #1279674151528, so a leak, a dead compressor, or a low charge gets fixed in-house with proper recovery, evacuation, and a weighed-in refill.
