- R290 hydrocarbon system faults. Atosa's hydrocarbon units need the refrigerant recovered, the system evacuated and the correct weigh-in done by someone trained for R290 work. We handle that under EPA #1279674151528, not a shop that treats it like a standard R404A recharge.
- Evaporator fan and coil icing. When an Atosa undercounter starts running warm, we usually find a seized evaporator fan or a coil buried in frost. We clear the ice, check the defrost timer, and swap the fan motor if it's the root cause.
- Door gasket wear and temperature drift. A busy fast-casual counter opens and closes its prep unit hundreds of times a shift. Once the gasket goes soft or splits, the compressor runs nonstop trying to keep up. We replace the gasket and recheck the thermostat calibration before we leave.
