- Compressor short-cycling. A dirty condenser or a failing start relay makes the compressor kick on and off fast. We clean the coil, test the relay and start components, and replace what's actually bad.
- Door gasket and seal wear. Constant door traffic on undercounter units wears the gasket until the unit runs longer to hold temp. We swap the gasket and check the door alignment while we're in there.
- Evaporator fan failure. A quiet evaporator fan means warm spots and product loss. We replace the fan motor and clear any ice buildup that caused it to seize.
