North in Hacienda Business Park and the Stoneridge area it's office cafeterias and hotel kitchens, where Traulsen and Continental hold the high-volume lines.
We work Continental as an independent shop, no brand pressure, and we're dispatched out of San Ramon, a short run up 680. We carry common fan motors, relays, gaskets, thermostats, and start components on the truck so a lot of these get fixed the same visit.

- Reach-ins drifting warm on Main Street. The boring stuff is what shuts a kitchen down: a Continental reach-in with a dead condenser fan motor, a torn gasket that's sweating, or a clogged drain running the box warm. We carry the parts and close most of these the first visit.
- High-volume prep lines. The Hacienda and Stoneridge cafeteria kitchens run Continental prep lines hard. When the rail swings warm it's a frosted coil or a packed condenser running the compressor hot. We clean it, clear the ice, check the gasket, and get it holding through a full service.
- Sealed-system and R290 work. When it's a refrigerant problem we do the sealed-system work in-house, recovery, leak repair, evacuation, and weigh-in, under EPA #1279674151528 (Section 608). We're R290 trained through Mainstream Engineering for the newer hydrocarbon units, with a 2-year warranty on rebuilds.

Pleasanton water is hard. Does that hurt my Continental unit?
Pleasanton's water runs hard and partly off wells, which scales ice machines fast. A Continental reach-in or prep table, though, fails on mechanical and electrical parts, so the hard water isn't the culprit there. -
Are you a Continental dealer?
No. We service Continental and every brand as an independent shop, no brand pressure. We're factory-certified on Manitowoc ice machines only.
