What we close on the truck.

Walk-in cooler evaporator icing. A walk-in that's icing over on the evaporator coil usually points to a defrost timer or heater failure, sometimes a door that's not sealing tight against the jamb. We check the defrost cycle first before assuming a refrigerant leak.
Reach-in condenser fan failure. Continental reach-ins push a lot of air across the condenser coil, and that fan motor takes the wear. A seized fan drives head pressure up and the compressor works overtime until it trips or fails outright. We catch this before it turns into a compressor replacement.
Prep rail not holding temperature. On a busy prep line the refrigerated rail is the first thing to drift, usually from a clogged drain line backing condensate into the pan area or a door gasket that's given out. We trace the actual cause instead of guessing.
