- Prep tables on flour-and-grease condensers. The bakery and restaurant kitchens run Continental prep tables whose condensers pack with flour and grease until the compressor runs hot and the rail goes warm. We pull and clean the coil, check the charge, and get the rail holding again.
- Reach-in gaskets and iced coils. A Continental reach-in gasket torn at the hinge means the door never really seals. Evaporator fan motors seize and ice the coil. Both are common Lafayette calls, and we carry the gaskets and fan motors to close them the first visit.
- Sealed-system work in-house. On a refrigerant leak, a dead compressor, or a plugged cap tube, we do the sealed-system work ourselves with recovery, evacuation, and weigh-in. Our EPA #1279674151528 covers the handling, and we're HC/R290 trained for the newer hydrocarbon units.

Is Lafayette's water rough on a Continental unit?
Lafayette's supply is moderately hard, but that mostly hits ice machines as scale. On a Continental reach-in or prep table the failures are mechanical and electrical, condensers, fan motors, gaskets, and controls, not water. -
Are you a Continental dealer?
No. We service Continental as an independent shop. Our only factory certification is on Manitowoc ice machines. On Continental you get someone who's opened plenty of these cabinets.
