- Reach-ins and prep tables drifting warm. The Temescal and Uptown kitchens run Continental reach-ins and prep tables that warm up from iced evaporators, dead fan motors, choked condensers, or torn gaskets. We carry the parts, clear and clean what's needed, and confirm the box holds safe temp.
- Compressor short-cycling and bad start gear. A Continental unit short-cycling usually has a failed start component or a condenser packed with grease and dust running the compressor hot. We clean the coil, test the start gear, and get it cycling normally again.
- Sealed-system work in-house. On leaks, dead compressors, and stuck TXVs we do the sealed-system work ourselves with recovery, evacuation, and weigh-in under EPA #1279674151528. We're R290 trained for the newer self-contained units, and a rebuild carries a two-year parts and labor warranty.
