- Prep table won't hold 41 degrees. Usually a dirty condenser, a low refrigerant charge from a slow leak, or a failing evaporator fan. We check all three before we call it.
- Reach-in evaporator icing over. A stuck defrost timer or a failed defrost heater lets frost build until airflow chokes off. We test the defrost system and replace the failed part.
- Door hinge and gasket wear. Heavy kitchen traffic wears hinges and gaskets faster than most people expect. We realign the door and replace the gasket so it seals again.
