- Prep tables warm in the rail. A Continental prep table losing the rail is usually a frosted coil or a dirty condenser running the compressor hot. We clean it up, clear the ice, check the gasket and charge, and get the rail holding again.
- Sealed-system work in-house. On a leak or a dead compressor we recover, evacuate, and weigh in the charge under EPA 608 (#1279674151528). We're R290 trained for the newer self-contained gear showing up in these kitchens, and a rebuild carries a 2-year warranty.
