Concord is the busiest part of our map and as far north as we run. Between Todos Santos Plaza, the downtown restaurant rows, and the QSR and grocery strung along Monument Boulevard and Willow Pass Road, there's a lot of Continental reach-ins and prep tables running long hours.
We work Continental as an independent shop. These cabinets are built heavy and sensible, so a unit that quits is almost always cheaper to repair than replace. We carry the parts that fail most on the truck, so a lot of these close on the first visit, and a down box at a busy Concord kitchen moves to the front of the line.

- Reach-ins warming up overnight. The common downtown call is a Continental reach-in that's warm by open, usually an iced evaporator, a failed condenser fan motor, or a stuck defrost cycle. We clear it, swap the part, and confirm the box pulls back down before we leave.
- Prep tables on choked condensers. The QSR and taqueria kitchens along Monument run Continental prep tables hard, and a condenser caked with grease runs the compressor hot until the rail swings warm. We pull and clean the coil, check the charge and gasket, and get it holding safe temp.
- Sealed-system and leak repair. On leaks and dead compressors we do the work in-house with recovery, evacuation, and weigh-in under our EPA Section 608 number, 1279674151528. We're also HC(A3) trained through Mainstream Engineering for the newer hydrocarbon units. A rebuild carries a 2-year warranty.

Is Concord within your service area?
Yes, Concord is the northern boundary of where we run, and one of our busiest. We don't go past it into Antioch or Brentwood, but everything from Todos Santos through Monument and Willow Pass is on our route. -
Do I need a Continental dealer to fix this?
No. We service Continental as an independent shop and carry the common parts. Our only factory certification is on Manitowoc ice machines. On a Continental reach-in or prep table you get a tech who's opened plenty of them. -
How fast can you come for a down unit?
A dead box costs a kitchen money by the hour, so we move on commercial outages. Tell the dispatcher you're down. We're open 7 AM to 7 PM seven days, same number after hours.
