Refrigeration and ice repair in Cupertino
Cupertino’s food service doesn’t run on one strip. It’s split between Main Street’s restaurant patios, the older De Anza Boulevard and Stevens Creek stretch, and the dense cluster of bakeries, hot pot spots and boba counters around Cupertino Village and Marina Food. Different kitchens, same problem when a reach-in drifts warm or the ice machine quits during a Friday dinner rush.
Restaurants, cafes and the tech campus kitchens
We work on the reach-ins, prep tables and undercounters those places run day to day: True, Turbo Air, Continental and Beverage-Air units mostly, with Perlick back-bar coolers wherever there’s a wine or beer list. The office parks and tech campuses along Wolfe Road and North De Anza add another layer, cafes and break rooms running smaller reach-ins and beverage coolers that still need a fast fix when a building full of people is depending on them.
Ice machines
Cupertino’s water runs on the harder side, and hard water is what actually kills most ice machines out here: scale on the evaporator plate, slow harvest cycles, a bin that never quite fills. We’re Manitowoc-certified, factory-trained on Indigo NXT, NEO undercounter and QuietQube through the Manitowoc Ice and Koolaire seminar, so we know that lineup well. We also service Hoshizaki and Scotsman heads as an independent shop, no cert claimed there. Sealed-system work, recovery, evacuation and weigh-in, we handle in-house under EPA #1279674151528.
Sub-Zero and the home kitchens
A good share of our Cupertino calls come from the houses, not the storefronts. The school district pulls a lot of families in, and a lot of those families remodel the kitchen within a few years of moving. Sub-Zero columns and drawers, U-Line and Summit wine and beverage units show up constantly, in the flatland neighborhoods and up into the west-side foothills. We service all of it as an independent company, no factory authorization claimed, just a straight diagnosis and a written quote before we touch anything.
We’re dispatched out of San Ramon, so Cupertino is a longer drive than our Tri-Valley core, and most calls get scheduled rather than same-hour. A real commercial outage, a dead walk-in or an ice machine down during service, still jumps the line. Hours are 7AM to 7PM, seven days, same number for after-hours emergencies.
The diagnostic is $99, credited toward the repair. Bay Area Refrigeration Service is a line of ADRIUM Service Solutions, CSLB #1136642, alongside Bay Area HVAC Service.
