Los Gatos runs two different refrigeration jobs depending on which side of town you’re on. Downtown along North Santa Cruz Avenue and University Avenue, the restaurants and wine tasting rooms keep reach-ins, prep tables, and under-bar coolers running through a full dinner service, and the Netflix campus and the other offices nearby add their own cafeteria and break-room equipment. Up in the foothills toward the Santa Cruz Mountains, including the 95033 side of town past Blossom Hill, the estate homes run Sub-Zero built-ins that owners expect to just work, no excuses.

We work the True and Turbo Air reach-ins and prep tables the kitchens run, the Beverage-Air and Perlick under-bar and back-bar coolers at the wine bars, and the Atosa and Continental undercounters showing up in the newer buildouts. Santa Clara Valley water runs moderately hard, so scale is usually why an ice machine slows down before it quits outright. We’re Manitowoc-certified, factory-trained on Indigo NXT, NEO undercounter, and QuietQube through the Manitowoc Ice and Koolaire seminar, and we service Hoshizaki and Scotsman the same way we service everything else here, as an independent shop.
Sub-Zero and built-in work in the hills
The hillside and mountain-side homes run Sub-Zero columns, drawers, and wine units, plus U-Line and Summit undercounters in wet bars and smaller kitchens closer to downtown. We service all of it as an independent shop, no factory authorization claimed, just a straight diagnosis before anything gets ordered.
Los Gatos is a longer run from our San Ramon base, down 680 to 880 and up 17, so we build it into the day’s route instead of promising something we can’t back up. A real outage, a warm walk-in, a dead ice machine, still jumps the line and usually gets same-day. Diagnostic is $99, credited toward the repair, and we’re open 7AM to 7PM, seven days, same number for after-hours emergencies.
