What we close on the truck.

Evaporator fan and airflow issues. A Sub-Zero column running warm is almost always an airflow problem: a failed evaporator fan, a frosted coil, or a blocked vent behind the panel.
Wine unit temperature drift. Dual-zone wine storage that's drifted off setpoint usually points to a sensor or a control board issue, and we diagnose against the actual reading, not just reset the unit.
Compressor and sealed-system faults. When a built-in won't hold cold at all, we test the compressor and the charge. Recovery, evacuation, and weigh-in done in-house under EPA #1279674151528.
