What we close on the truck.

Condenser fouled behind the kickplate. Sub-Zero vents the condenser low, behind the toe kick, and in a kitchen that runs long hours entertaining it collects dust and pet hair faster than anyone notices. The compressor runs long and hot, the fresh-food side drifts warm, and the grille gets hot to the touch. We pull the kickplate, clean the coil and fan, and confirm the box pulls back to temperature.
Wine room and column temperature drift. A dedicated wine room or a 400-series wine column that won't hold its zone is the call we take most seriously in this town, because there's usually a real collection riding on it. We check the door seal, the evaporator fan, sensor calibration, and the sealed system before we say a word about replacement.
Dual-refrigeration sealed-system leaks. Older Sub-Zero units run two separate sealed systems, so the freezer can quit while the fridge still cools. We find the leak, repair or replace the affected side, and recharge to spec in-house rather than send it out.
